Majatalot – Isla Mujeres

”Basic accomodation with great location by the North beach. The beach is great and you will have walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The room is very simple and there were not even cups or glasses. Towels and bedlinen good and a small fridge great. I had to keep the curtains closed as there is a corridoor next to the window so everyone can see to the room if the curtain is open. But here, you will enjoy the beach and the food and the drinks, and do not stay in the room anyway.”

”From check in to check out everything went smoothly.Staff was always ready to help out.The hotel itself was constantly being cleaned.Beach chairs and towel’s always available to guest.Julitta,Hugo and Chucho in the restaurant area were very friendly and enjoyed talking to them.”

”Todo súper , sin embargo nunca nos cambiaron las tazas de café, y tocó solicitar que volvieran a poner cápsulas diarias de café y recarga de jabón, solo esos dos puntos de atención menores, pero en general, gran estancia y atención y limpieza super”

”Second half of trip here, moved from mid Island. Room was ok, pillows were awful! Staff helped if asked, nothing special but nothing simply wrong either. Crying & screaming kids were an issue. Not hotels fault but seriously an issue. Add barking dogs too. Lots of outside noises... It rained, small leak was dripping onto bedside table then hitting hubby in face, just weird. I don't know where we'll stay next but passing on this place. Cute courtyard area, small pool, loved finding the turtle.”

”Really loud hotel, the main road is loud and with the lack of insulation, you can hear every single golf cart, scooter and music coming from the restaurants. Some restaurant was playing music until 2am and even with noice cancelling headphones, sleeping was difficult. Otherwise quite clean hotel, friendly staff who knows english. ”
