”We enjoyed the property and would definitely recommend staying here. The property is new and is quieter than staying on Sandy Beach. The resort is still being built but has everything you need. Would maybe recommend some spices in the cabinets to cook with. Also some beach chairs or sand toys in the front closet. Will definitely come back.”

”We love it here at this resort... It's beautiful and a lot of fun. We unfortunately had stayed in this condo before, where I'd complained about how broken and bad the mattress was... Come to find out, it's still the same super bad mattress nearly a year later! Other than that, our stay was first rate.”

”It was a perfect one bedroom for a week getaway. Out of town and peaceful but very easy access into town. Eno grocery shopping at the local markets and cooking at home enjoying dinner on the patio looking at the Sea of Cortez. Will be back!”

”Pros: Beautiful property and grounds, spacious rooms, amazing staff, great location right on the beach, kitchen stocked with everything you might need. Cons: Construction noise (which was disclosed in the listing), no restaurants or grocery stores close by so you have to bring all your food in unless you want to eat at their one on-site restaurant. We still enjoyed our stay and this place will be amazing once construction is done.”

”Condo was as advertised. Everything was in working order. Make sure you know the office hours for the check-in times. Check-out tasks were easy (take out garbage, put dishes in dishwasher). It's nice that the pool bar serves food and drinks now.”

If you’re going to cook your own food, which I recommend; bring cooking utensils, cooking supplies, foil, baggies, leftover storage, spices etc. the room we had did not provide these things. Bring your own crock pot if there’s plans to use one. Don’t rent a propane tank to cook food. Grill need to be replaced. Currently it is 16 pesos to US dollar, not as cheap as I anticipated. ”We stayed at this property and tried to communicate with the property management several times with no response. The room was in poor condition. The door appeared to be kicked in tiles were missing. There was broken glass in the room when we checked in. Was definitely not worth the money that we paid as it was equivalent to a Holiday Inn in America.”
