”Good location and adequate parking given that it was low season. Facilities are well maintained, which was surprising as I did not see any staff other than the owner during my stay. Unexpectedly, the hotel does not provide breakfast and I did not get any soap as well. Overall, I will probably look for a different place next time I stop in beautiful Puerto Varas”

”Breakfast was fresh nevertheless a little change in daily menu would go a long way for someone spending five days at the property. Location was perfect ! Friendly staff. Oh..the room key cards did not work and I’ve had to make multiple treks to the front desk to get it reset. This is a known issue and disappointed that the hotel is not addressing this problem now. ”
