”Communication with the owners was clear and swift. The flat was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The location was good except when it rained and flooded - taxies could not reach the area. We were unfortunate to have beach construction in front of the building (and the surrounding area) during our entire stay. Not only did he give us vidoes of the place but every single question he answered no matter how many there was. ”This rental deserves all five stars. From the start, having a guide to explain everything around the apartment was new to me. Of course you can search around for things but how nice is it when you don't have to do it yourself. Also, it gave us a chance to ask questions. It was right in the heart of the Old Walled City, just steps from restaurants, shops, etc. It was spacious and had good WiFi and even a desk to work at. ”If the condo is available for your dates. Just go ahead and book! We had a wonderful trip to Cartagena and the place was perfect. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms. Everything is very clean and the pool at the condo is great. Iraida is the housekeeper and she is the very best part of renting the condo. She is incredibly sweet and her cooking is truly amazing! The meals we had had at the condo were some of the best of the trip. She even made hand cut fries for our picky kids. She is lovely and...

Pool facilities are fantastic and only getting better. You just need to allow for transport since it is outside of the city, and this also limits the dining / drinking options a little. ”The elevators in the building are a disaster! You waste half your day trying to get up to your room or down. Very aged infrastructure. Apartments vary by owner. Some have no blankets only a flat sheet, luke warm shower water with very light water pressure and aged cutlery and plastic plates and glasses made of plastic.”
