”La atención del personal es espectacular, sin embargo las instalaciones requieren de mantenimiento ya que se ve todo descuidado. Hay mesas disponibles que no tienen sillas entonces no se pueden utilizar. El área de las sombrillas en la playa requiere de limpieza y de disponibilidad ya que tienen muy pocas sombrillas para la cantidad de huéspedes, me costó mucho conseguir una. El desayuno empieza a las 8am, considero que es muy tarde.”

Tony, a local, went above and beyond—showing us around the island and making sure we were comfortable. ”Welcome staff (Roberto) is fabulous! He arranged a mule (golf cart) rental & a pair of local captains for fishing / whale watching + beaches. He also accommodated our late check-out request, which my family and I greatly appreciated! The property is new and has many nice amenities! Hot water was hot (not always the case in Panama).
