”There is nothing like living on the water - so relaxing and peaceful. Dinghy worked out well. We saw several manatee and had a dolphin show a couple days which was awesome. What you should know - you are in a bay with THIRTY other boats surrounded by mangrove bushes so you cannot see the ocean. You cannot put toilet paper in the toilet and are to take your trash to a “public” trash can. To get to the back sun deck you have to go outside and go up a ladder and down a ladder OR climb over the...

”Great place. Quaint. Good parking. Pool was nice, with outside bathrooms/changing areas and showers that were very clean. Extra pool towels were great to have. Air worked well to cool the boat. We struggled hooking up WiFi was our only complaint, but only with the tv and some computer apps. Minor inconvenience. Nice facility and we would stay again. Host was helpful and responsive.”

”Very relaxing. We used the grill and cooked fresh seafood including some mangrove snapper and a grunt fish we caught at the marina. The locals were cool and Diane answered her phone when we had a question. We used the kayaks and even saw a manatee with her baby's. The area is great. It was a unique couple days. Maybe not for everyone, but we loved it! Ron and Justine”

”We would not stay here again. The pictures are deceiving. The boat is very old. Appears as it hasn’t been moved in years. The bathroom is teeny-tiny. Ran out of toilet paper. You have to throw your toilet paper away can not flush in the toilet. The cleaning crew was waiting at our door before our checkout time. The boat is similar to a Super 8 or Motel 6 property. ”
