This is a truly unique and spectacular Villa thanks to its breathtaking view of the sea and its warm sandy beach.



On the stunning beach you will find paddle boards and kayaks (both for rent) and comfortable sun loungers while you sunbathe and enjoy the dreamy sunsets.



Get ready for a private saltwater pool with lush tropical landscaping plus a cozy cabana with a dining table, a cinema (projector) and a lovely fire pit!



The interior has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and much more!

The Space:

BEDROOMS



1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED with excellent quality linens. A balcony with an amazing view of the beach and access to a full private bathroom with a hot tub.

2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a full private bathroom.

3. Bedroom with THREE QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full private bathroom.

4. Bedroom with TWO FULL SIZE BEDS and access to a full private bathroom.



*Two extra air mattresses.



All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need; towels are also included.



Perfect for large groups.



The Villa has a cherry hardwood flooring throughout, Also, a fully equipped kitchen with granite/stainless appliances and a gas stove.



THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.



-kayaks and paddle boards are available for rent only we don’t provide them, we have a partnership with a Keys rental for this!



Other Things to Note:

- This property is pet friendly.

- If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.



- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.



-Propane tanks for the fire pit and grill will need to be replaced by guests at the moment they use it, if guests found it empty we will refund the refill of the tank, but guests need to take care of propane.



-Unfortunately we are experiencing a strange amount of seaweed at the shore by this time of the year, this is affecting all florida area!

Location and outdoor pool/beach area are amazing. The house has MANY issues (too many to list) so you have to be flexible. Master shower does not have hot water and it’s a trickle of water. Many windows and doors do not lock, lacking several cushions for outdoors, one of the beds upstairs is missing middle support, lacking shades on several windows, and many other maintenance issues that need to be addressed, management would say they will get with the team and get back to us shortly, but never did. We just gave up and made do. It is a great location and pool is very nice. The house was clean and there is shampoo, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Beautiful property but we had several issues upon arrival and throughout our stay. First, a toilet seat was broken - literally not attached to the toilet at all. Oddly enough, the cleaning team wrapped a paper ribbon around it to show it was sanitized. Also, there are no instructions for the fire pit, hot tub or pool heater. We requested the pool be heated 48 hrs before arrival, as instructed, yet it was cold our first night. When we inquired about the hot tub, we were told the controls were on the right side of the yard. The next day we finally found the small remote attached to the gate on the LEFT side. We were never able to start the fire pit. There are no paddle boards or kayaks to be rented. Two of the four showers had good water pressure and the outside shower doesn’t work at all. Communication with the host was vague and seemed to go no where - questions left unanswered or with promises that a “team” was working on it. We found the outdoor projector in an unlabeled box on the desk when we were leaving. We had a great time, but recommend better communication and definitely some type of welcome binder at the kitchen counter with all instructions for everything.

The host, Aaron, was fantastic from the moment I booked this trip until after I left. The house/property exceeded my expectations. It was clean, beautiful and worked perfectly for my family.

Host was inattentive, house was lacking some amenities described in VRBO, there are some positives to this rental but price is high and should include the missing basics- which it lacked. Would not recommend or rebook.
