”Room was clean property was okay breakfast is packaged muffins and nutrition grain bars. ”

”Clean friendly hotel! Bathroom had a couple small issues. Toilet kept running and shower barely drained. ”

”Holes in walls, cracks in sink, toilet ran nonstop, electrical outlet over sink/vanity didn’t work…they brought a new hair dryer that wouldn’t work because the outlet didn’t work. Asked for a new room and was told we would need to pay to upgrade. Never stay again at a super 8 or Wyndham property. ”

”Property was clean but we had 3 people in the room and only had 2 towels. I asked both the front desk and housekeeping but we didn't receive any more. I improvised and took some pool towels.”

”This is what it is. A cheap place to sleep. Traveled with my teenage daughter and we just needed beds for a night. Great rate. Beds were clean and comfortable. Actually it was the Best bed I’ve slept in for 4 nights on Our trip. Otherwise the area, the parking lots the balconies etc are dirty, rusty, and trashy. Felt perfectly safe though. Lots of construction type workers it appeared staying here. I would stay here again for the price. ”

”I always try to book a Hilton Tru when we are traveling. They are always so nice and clean. This one in Mobile Alabama was no exception, the lobby was clean, elevators clean and smelled good and fresh. The halls was clean as well. Our room was great, clean, the bed was nice and comfy the pillows were ok, but thats cause it wasnt mine! Breakfast was really good only thing could have made it better was to have it served in bed. Maybe next time the hubs can do that. All in all i have no complaints...

”Everything you could ask for in a spa resort. The grounds are lovely and the food and bar choices are excellent. Seems very popular with families with children.”

”The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the...

”Most horrible room I’ve ever stayed in the sheets were dirty, and pillowcases were dirty. There was no tissue in the bathroom. The microwave was dirty and had food in it.”
