1) Guests should be aware that this cabin is in the forest/woods which is home to many creatures big and small. Although there is a pest control company that comes frequently, some of the tiny ones may get into the cabin from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, an ant, etc.

2) NO pets or emotional support animals(ESAs) allowed on premises. Any unauthorized pets or emotional support animals will incur a $3,000 fine and guest will have to vacate the cabin with NO refund.
