”We came back to this same hotel from a stay in 2025. It has significantly gone downhill. The entrance, hallways and doors are scuffed and look really worn. After check-in we found that our room was not cleaned. We specifically requested a room on the backside of the hotel to avoid Interstate traffic noise. The request was not communicated. ”Worst hotel experience i have had to date. Room had a weird smell to it, unsure how to describe it but it didn’t smell like a clean room. Pillows and the couch smelled weird hard to describe so i apologize. Room was muggy the two nights we stayed.
