”The pool was really dirty with bits of things floating in it. The hot tub was very foamy (which means higher bacteria counts). The chlorine was strong. There was no bathroom in the pool area which meant having to take small children back to the room for toileting needs. I'm not sure if they are trying to improve it or if they think they are done but there's painters tape up everywhere and it's strange. We had a suite and the bedroom didn't have a door so we couldn't have privacy from the...

”They told me breakfast was going to be included with my room. I got there and they told me no I need it to be a gold member and my fridge in my room was not working so a very kind lady brought me a new one to the room.”

”I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room, quaint, just remodeled, very clean with a wonderful heater/ac unit and clean fridge. No hair blow dryer, glad I brought mine, but overall, 5 STARS the price was right too!”

”Overall I gave 3 stars mainly because the advertised pictures verses the actual room were so far off that I really didn’t feel like I got what I paid for. I’m not trying to be picky but here’s the list. The room was much smaller than I expected. I was expecting a two room suite (a bedroom and a living room area). The living room area was said to have a pull out couch. Personally I would call it a loveseat. The advertised kitchen with stove top was a disappointment (the stovetop did not work...
