”Our local host was amazing but two hours before we were to check in Vrbo sent only in the app that our reservation had been canceled. No one called or texted. No additional information given. What a mess for 12 people to arrive within two hours of a highly booked area and only get that from Vrbo”

”The cabin itself was great. We didn’t know until we got there that the water level was so low our private dock was sitting on the dirt. Our fishing trip didn’t turn out the way we thought. But it was still a great time. ”

”The house was clean, easy to access, fair price and the host was great. The issue we had was the host was made aware the front door lock didn’t work prior to us arriving and didn’t fix or at the least, make us aware that it was broken. They did answer their phone quickly to get us in. ”
