I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel.
While we were staying there, our room was never properly serviced. On the first night, the issue was temporarily resolved by changing our room. However, on the second night, no solution was provided at all. We were forced to sleep again in the same room without fresh towels or clean amenities being replaced.
I went to the front desk to report the situation, and I was informed that the manager would contact me to discuss some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, that never happened. I was never contacted or called, despite being told otherwise.
I had high expectations for this hotel, which made the experience even more disappointing. Additionally, I noticed a $75 hold on my card, which I understand is standard and should be released after checkout. However, I see that not all of it was returned, and an unexplained charge of $10 remains. I have no information regarding what this charge is for.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of follow-up. I would appreciate a clear explanation of the charges and a review of this matter.
