”Stayed overnight and had prepaid for breakfast. Went down when breakfast opened but there were many students staying and had formed a queue around the dining room. We didn't have time to wait as had to catch a particular ferry. Told receptionist when we checked out and was told "they paid too". Not impressed at customer service.”

"The hotel review rating is overrated in my opinion. The hallway to our room smelled aweful. The carpet in the room was stained a lot and seemed not been vacuumed. There were dark hair on the bedding and pillow. The restroom had many dark spots between the tiles especially at the shower. Everything seemed outdated. The parking infront of the entrance was good though. The breakfast was not good at all either. Food tasted bland and bacon was cold. Nothing fresh of vegetables or fruits. "
