”Nice hotel just outside the city center within easy walking distance, free parking and a very good restaurant.”

”Extremely noisy so you will hear every sound from corridor or other rooms. Full of pensioners and sleeping is hard after 5am when they start to take showers. The room was super small (about 6 m2) and stuffy. This hotel was stylish perhaps in 70's.”

”The hotel is located at a 10-15 minute walking distance from the centre of Portree. The views from the hotel breakfast room and terrace are amazing! The lobby and bar area are nicely decorated and furnished. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed and renovated bathroom. Just a few improvements would make this hotel perfect: The breakfast service would be better if started at 7 am, since many customers leave early to continue their trip. Also, the dinner service ended quite early and the menu...

”No parking on site. Rooms are old but seems renovated recently. Rooms are not sound proof. You can hear noise from restaurant and bar downstairs till 11:30pm when they close it. Good for couple of days. Location of the hotel is good. Staff is very courteous and nice. ”

”Nice friendly check in, room was lovely with a nice view to mallaig. Food was excellent and reasonably priced as was the wine and lager ( a pint for less than £4 😁).
