”The property is a bit dated. The carpet on stairway is frayed and should be replaced. The bedroom was tiny. The bed was comfortable. The staff seemed uninterested in checking me into the hotel, and I had wait and ask several times for assistance. Same with checkout. The restaurant’s food was good, esp the local seafood.”

”Our family had such a wonderful stay at Knockenhooley Cottage. From the moment we arrived, Jason and Liz made us feel incredibly welcome. They are genuinely kind, friendly hosts who clearly care about their guests' experience. They took the time to share recommendations on places to visit, hikes to explore, and local sights, which helped make our trip even more memorable.

”We stayed on the Isle of Skye for a week at 6 Knott which was obsoletely idea for exploring the island. It's located just a 15 minute drive north of Portree (the main town) making it very central and accessible to most areas of interest.
The cottage is located on a very quiet lane with views over the hills and the loch. It has a secure garden which was great for the dog. It is spacious with a kitchen/ dining room, two living rooms, one with a wood burner and one with an open fire, downstairs...
