”Traditional beach hotel feel. Clean room. Took a room with a balcony. Really worth it! Only minus was the lacking fridge at the room.”

”Great stay in friendly place run by Sharon and Vaughan. Spacious and light room, proper bathroom. Good location with short walk to the castle and a tad longer to the cliffs. Food, pubs and a minimarket within walking distance. The best part, though, is probably the hearty full English breakfast which is served with music perfectly fitting the historic era that we were there for - the fourties and WWII! Thank you kindly, we enjoyed totally!”

”We were welcomed and walked to the room by a lovely lady called Lois. She wished me happy birthday and was aware of all dietary requirements and dinner plans. She also informed us we had been upgraded (a massive upgrade btw!) we are so happy with the room/ house haha ! Food was amazing last night and we had such fun exploring the grounds and getting cozy in the room. All of the staff seem so happy to talk to you and are very kind. We will be back or will come to another pig property !!!! Thanks...

”Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...
