Lomamajat – Isle of Whithorn

”This is a tale of two halves… We had booked for a deluxe family suite, that had been modernised and had two separate rooms. ”Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel seemed newly renovated and was clean and comfy. Room had some extra amenities than most hotels, which we loved. Friendly locals and good food!”

”Inn was closed so no food or drink. No notification prior. Looked like I’d be only person the premises. Expedia took payment prior despite instructions saying property would take payment. The inn still expected payment.Ended up being sent to another hotel which was much nicer.”

”Close to Wigtown and easy reach for lots of beautiful places.”

”After a communications issue I got the code and enjoyed our sunny happy space. Had a couple suggestions for owner who responded quickly. Frustrated with VRBO/Expedia for shirking responsibilities for fees and chose to blame owner. Poor customer service from the company but owner’s efficiency more than compensated for their failure.”
