”The location is great, major observation is this is not like normal hotel room is very small although I paid extra to have window I dread to think how much smaller are the others that are for for two people to stay … I suffer from major cluster phobia and if I had not picked room without window I couldn’t have tolerated staying as they are more like cubicles and extremely tight ! I was by myself i just about managed it! My useful feedback would be “mark it as extremely small room / cubicles...

”Hotelli oli hyvä 3tähden hotelli. Kuitenkin selkävaivaiselle sänky oli liian kova eikä tukenut selkää. Muuten hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta auttavaista. Chiswick on alueena mitä mainioin ja tubella pääsee kätevästi keskustaan. 🙂”

”Very nice, modern, clean. You might be worried that the pods/nests are small but I found it quite comfortable to lie down in. They have a nice lounge where people go and sit with their laptops. Staff was very helpful.”

”We spent the weekend here and had a lovely stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel felt clean and comfortable. Easy to find and park. The spa was a really spacious, relaxing, and well maintained. The only minor downside was the view from our room, although that’s not really something the hotel can control. We were also a little disappointed that the spa appeared to close an hour earlier than expected on the Saturday evening. It’s possible I may have misunderstood...
