”Modern room, great service, the view out the window facing people sat at the bus stop opposite wasn’t great but the room more than made up for it.”

”First rate hotel with a unique experience in being able to enjoy the “waters” of Bath within the hotel. Very conveniently located. The air conditioning in the room did not sufficiently cool the room on the 22C days we were there, but the windows opened, which helped.”

”Not quite the 5 star experience that we were expecting. The hotel is very dated and could do with some TLC. The decking area outside of the bar was very dirty with holes in the seat covers and the whole are could do with a clean and a tidy up. You need to get up early for breakfast as there is limited seating for this and it gets extremely busy after 9am. The room was comfortable but it would have been great to have seats on the balcony so that you can sit and enjoy the view. I have stayed...

”Booked a business room, did not have a USB connection. Note on bathroom wall stated use shower mat but was not one in room, when i asked at reception they stated you have to ask for one. Toilet paper so thin very cheap.”

”Nice hotel, delicious breakfast & the spa area was very nice. The bed is tiny and the blue light that comes out of the usb portal right next to the bed was very annoying. When you try to sleep in the middle of the night & the light is shining right in your face. ”

”We have stayed here before. This time check in was thankfully very quick which has not always been the case. Why they cannot get consistent with this I don't know. Restaurant particularly good, partly because we sat outside on the terrace in the fine weather. ”

”Had a fantastic weekend at the Ramside whilst visiting friends in the area. Room was lovely. Clean, comfortable and the bathroom was stunning. Lovely view across the green to the treehouses. Very quiet we will definitely be back ”
