”Great staff! Extraordinary service, everything worked great, easy fast check-in. Big comftrable rooms considering it's quite central in London. Great location, close to tube stations with central line etc. Also easy access from airports. After an over 8h flight delay arriving slightly annoyed, the staff was amazing and my mood immediately changed for the better. Also satisfied with the room I got. Shower handle was slightly broken but those things happen, didn't bother me. Overall...

”The hotel was lovely- very welcoming with beautiful flower displays. The rooms were well appointed with quite a luxurious feel provided by pristine bed linen and towels. The tv in my room did not work but on contacting guest services someone came very quickly to sort it. I was able to change rooms. Room service was quick and the food was good.
