”Great location”

”Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. ”

”We were happy with our stay. The room was generally clean, and the staff very helpful. The location is nice just outside the city walls and especially if you'll need to visit the university campus, it is a good place to stay between the centre and the uni. ”

”We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor but we noticed straight away that the toilet was leaking. The staff were straight onto the problem but it couldn't be quickly fixed so we were moved to an alternative room which was more spacious and with a nicer outlook. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. We enjoyed the breakfasts and booked to eat in the hotel each night and were not disappointed- good food, and not too pricey. ”The hotel was suitable for our four nights visit, since it was on a walking distance from King’s Cross station (15 minutes walk). There were lot of small shops and restaurants within this walk path. The hotel was mostly clean and calmful, but the whole floor carpets in the room caused us all a flu. The breakfast was delicious, and we also got gluten free bread and cereals. Althought in the evening when dining in the hotels restaurant, there were no gluten free buns for burgers even If it said so...
