”Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not...

”This hotel is an excellent place to stay, the staff are very attentive, friendly, attention to detail, nothing is too much trouble. The menu here is very good, changed regularly and an excellent breakfast is offered as well. The hotel is in a quiet location, with easy access to the beach, all ages are catered for at this hotel extremely well, including our four legged friends, be back soon”

”The Castle hotel has a great location, and parking at the hotel. We had a room with a view of Castell Conwy. The historic hotel had great atmosphere, food, and drink. If I ever go back, I would stay there again. Wonderful staff, too!”

”The staff were all helpful, they informed us of 2 wedding’s during our stay and gave us a lovely room away from any noise, food is excellent and the position of the hotel on the beach can’t be beaten. We will definitely visit again”
