”Absolutely loved the hotel. Had a loto hiccup with the room but the hotel did a great job remedying the issue and all of the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend and I have stayed at a ton of hotels and the staff at the Grand were probably some of the best I have encountered.”

”5 star hotel should have rooms without floor-floor carpets that are always dirty and dusty no matter how you try to clean them. You should have allegry rooms or rooms with wooden/stone floors ”

”Stop being pretentious and serve pints in the bar and not damned “schooners”. I don’t want a “schooner” I want a pint. Why management dictates this I have no idea. I would have stayed here many more times over the past years because of this. Otherwise excellent. Great breakfast nice room, good location. Would have been 5 stars but for this bit of management dictated nonsense. ”

”Staff are amazing , so attentive , polite and nothing is too much trouble. Mattress little hard for my back but you can please everyone so that’s ok! Coffee/tea tray topped up twice a day & bottled water provided & love that the rooms are turned in before bed.”
