”The Colums was a choise made accidentally, but it turned out to be the best hotel we experienced in all of our 4 weeks' stay in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. This hotel is perfectly located in the center of the town, near 150m from the riverbank where all the people stroll come night time, and 100m from a very nice restaurant Rikitikitavi. The hotel rooms are very large, clean and comfortable (this goes for the bathrooms too) and the rooms even have free coffee, music systmem to attach your iPhone...

”Beautiful hotel off the beaten path but not too far from town. Loved the private feeling from taking a boat ride from the very nice private pier to the hotel. ”Clean and modern, Kampot is so small almost anywhere is convenient. My only warning is a lack of power outlets near the desk. After changing rooms and providing an extension cord this was easily solved, but initially I was told to string a cord across the first room (right across the entrance), which would have also eliminated the solo outlet for the refrigerator. Glad they worked with me”

”Our stay was great : the hotel itself has a nice setup with different pools and an access to the river. The common space are big, in the shades most of the time and well maintained. ”The staff are all so nice and helpful! They helped me book a tour (which was so much fun, I learned a lot and had a blast) and book my bus going back to Siem Reap. It was seamless. They also helped me with my laundry even though I just gave it to them the day before I left so it was a little rushed. The restaurant staff are also so accommodating and nice. And the restaurant itself was just so airy and fresh. Thanks for a great stay!”
