”Couldn't order diner because the kitchen closed early, and the male staff member was very rude and unprofessional about it. He then closed the bar early, even while there was a line of people still checking in, and waiting to order. Then to top off the rude and unprofessional staff member, the bed felt like it had been acquired from an op shop 20 years ago and dressed with linen that stunk. Very disappointed”

”Clean room and nice bathroom. The resort itself is beautiful and has a lot of covered walking paths to get from the lobby to the rooms, pools, and restaurants, helpful when it rains on and off a lot in Cairns. Breakfast buffet was really good, wish it was built into the price though. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, particularly one night with very noisy neighbours at 2:30am.
