”Parvekkeelta upea näköala merelle, missä ei saanu uida (tiedettiin etukäteen). Yleinen paljon, ok. Siivousta ei ollut alle 8 vrk majoituksille kuin ylim. maksusta. Pyyhkeet pestiin välillä itse, nekin olisi saanut ylim. maksusta kyllä. Oli onneksi oma pesukone ja kuivuri. Tiskattiin aina itse. WC-paperit ja tiskiaineet piti pyytää erikseen, ei tuotu automatic. Netti ei toiminut ollenkaan parina ekana päivänä, jos olisi toiminut, niin lisämaksusta kyllä. Hinta sentään lähes 150 € / vrk, niin joka...

”Hotel with good location, near to beach and centre. It is good to know, that daily cleaning is not included. Trash has to be taken out by yourself and you can get sanitary items and clean towels from reception. Air conditioning was working, but not very effective, room was quite moist. Worst was cockroaches in bath room and in room. Hotel personnel kindly came and poisoned them, but they were back the next day.”

”Mantra Portsea is nicely decorated apartment hotel within walking distance from the center. The service level is good otherwise, but the rooms are only cleaned once a week. We stayed for 4 days so this was sufficient. You can get clean towels if you like. The breakfast was good. However during my stay I washed some clothes and they were damaged because the clotheshorse in the balcony was rusted. The hotel agreed to compensate the clothes after the housekeeping was unable to remove the stains....

”Amazing location and staff. Rooms are bit hot and miss as some rooms need refurbishing asap. Thomas the manager was super helpful and displayed great customer service. I travelled with my 5 year old daughter who loved the swim out pool.”
