”First the pros: The locations great, the staff is friendly and the place is clean enough. The fun decor, records and art around the place gives it a really nice feeling. Then the cons: The place could use and update, the surfaces are quite battered. The mattress was old, hard and worn, you could feel and hear the springs. Lack of mattress pad made things worse. ”I loved this place so much. It’s so unique like Israel is. The apartment was cozy and had everything you need. Location is perfect so close to everything. I stayed here with my daughter for a week while visiting her. The staff was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back to Israel and I would definitely stay there again ”

”I don't have enough words to praise this place. First of all, the family who runs it is the nicest, friendliest family ever! They treat the guests so well. Feel free to ask for anything. If they can't get it they will know where to send you. The rooms themselves are absolutely lovely with stone walls inside and out. ”Lovely place”

”No communication with the desk person. He had to make a phone call for me to converse. Area around property was very unkempt and littered with several "piles" left by dogs right on the property and not cleaned up in any fashion. Area made me feel unsafe due to its exceedingly poor neighborhood, but had no problem. No sign or address on property so very had to even find. Had to ask strangers for assistance to point it out. I wouldn't stay there again. But feel free to take your own chances....

”Arvostan hotellissa sijaintia sekä mahdollisuuksia hoitaa ruokahuolto ainakin osittain omassa huoneessa. Hillel 11 on erittäin hyvällä paikalla varsinkin, jos haluaa tehdä ostoksia (Ben Yehuda ja King George -kadut ovat aivan vieressä), vanhaan kaupunkiinkinkin on vain noin vartin kävely. Hotellin kadulla on kahviloita ja ravintoloita sekä pankkiautomaatteja, pari 24h kioskia (hyvä asia sapattina) ja kadun eteläpäässä on erittäin hyvä viini/viinakauppa. Itse hotelli on varsin siisti.
