”O espaço não corresponde a nenhuma das fotos aqui apresentadas; o edifício ficava 3 casas acima daquela que era suposto ser; nenhuma foto corresponde à do quarto que recebemos; muito barulhento, não há isolamento de som nos corredores, ouve-se tudo o que se passa nos quartos ao lado, as empregadas de limpeza para limparem quartos livres de manhã incomodam imenso com o barulho, as toalhas não foram mudadas diariamente nem reposto papel higiénico, chuveiro e paredes sujas. ”

”When we arrived we were informed the hotel we made a reservation in, Cobertizo Palacio de Santa Inez, closed. They were accommodating in providing a nice room at the Rosa d’Oro a different property owned by the same company. It was a nice room but half the size of the room we reserved.”

It involved a long ramp to reception, a loft and some slopy paths and another ramp, so it was accessible but a little long winded to get to our ground floor apartment. It had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Two huge comfortable beds and a wheel in shower. Table and chairs etc and a lovely large balcony overlooking the pool. No kettle or toaster, but a microwave and hob allowed for tea making. Only small cups available for hot drinks, so I bought...
