”🤓👌 Check-in (or pre-checkin) is all done automatically via your phone so I did mine on the way from the airport (cause I purchased the stay after I arrived to Memphis) and got the info automatically via WhatsApp and Email. Provided the necessary info and docs (picture) and got my digital key (Android Wallet) to get in once I arrived. Self park was good 👍 👎 The only inconvenience was a worn table/couch combo and that the TV is not in front of the bed, it's to the side so it's kinda...

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn all the time, but this one was by far and away the best one we’ve ever experienced. The lobby was beautiful. The bar area was fantastic. The staff was great. The outdoor fire pits were lovely. And the parking area was well lit and very safe. Located just a few minutes off the freeway. It was super convenient as well.”

Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45. Same problem with the food. There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate."
