”The hotel has excellent hardware, but the service experience didn’t quite match the five-star positioning.
The building itself, room design, and location are all impressive. The décor feels premium and well thought through, and overall the physical environment is a strong highlight.
However, the service fell short of what I would expect from a five-star property. At check-in, there was no staff member to escort me to the room or provide a brief introduction to the hotel facilities and room...
