Asunnot – Itä-Canberra

”This is a lovely property in a good location. It could do with some additional cutlery in the kitchen and some new linen but it was very clean and comfortable. There is no heating in the living areas but the heating in the bedrooms, if left on, will heat these areas. Bathroom is toasty warm with underfloor heating. Garage is very small and our tiny Mazda 2 only just fitted in ”

”Nice place in the vibrant neighborhood with plenty of food places. I like that it's near the park as well and it's in a very quiet and safe area that's also close to the tram. Good walking distance to the center for buses. The place is highly functional and secure. The team response very promptly to my inquiries. Highly recommended! ”

”As this is a new building, the owners may need to consult building managers for some repairs.1. The ensuite bathroom toilet and basin were unusable. The toilet leaked heavily, and did not flush sufficiently.The basin drained very slowly. Plumbing and draining issues.2. The kitchen mixer tap is not connected to the bench properly and wobbles all around when trying to use it.These were big inconveniences to us as they are the most used items in the apartment.Location wise, we enjoyed our stay....
