”The property was on the seafront overlooking the beach, Southend Pier, and the amusements. All of the food outlets were either on the seafront or within 20 minutes walk east or west along the parade or north going towards Sainsburys. Lovely place which i hope to visit again.”

”Makes you wonder if the place is called bed & breakfast, but there's no breakfast??? Bathroom was renovated, but outcome was something in between poor and terrible. No hooks or space to put your stuff and the sink was blocking the toilet! Had to do some joga in order to do your business. On the other hand great location, the room had all necessities and the price was adequate. Would stay again.”

”We arrived on a Wednesday evening had a shower. The room was spotless , then had dinner which was a Pie and a pint. Lovely dinner. The staff were excellent, very friendly.”

”Friendly village pub with rooms which were converted outbuildings across a small car park. Plenty of outside seating. Good choice of draught beers etc. Menu looked good but we had eaten earlier so didn't visit restaurant area. Staff very friendly & couldn't do more. Sunday eve sun made outside area popular & pub welcomed dogs inside”

”Classy and comfortable art deco b&b run by a very kind, hardworking host. Thoughtful decor, great breakfast, and a quiet location in the northern part of the town, directly across from the beach (and Venetian Waterways) and with views to the sea. Easy access to buses up and down the coast or a 20 or so minute walk to the train. Likely the nicest place in town. ”

”The property is clean and bright, the bedroom decor was lovely. The bed is extremely comfortable and the temperature just right. The en-suite is a little cramped but perfectly manageable and the parking a bit tight - but there is parking for everyone. The breakfast is fantastic and the hosts delightful. A brilliant find within a short walk of Sheringham high street and beach.”
