”Easy & quick communication when I had a question, the house was clean and looked as pictured. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the hi-speed internet was perfect for hubby to do some work while we 'vacationed'. It was a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, too. We appreciated the coffee and iron/board and I even did a jigsaw puzzle. it was my first experience booking through Vrbo and it all turned out great. Thanks!”

”We loved "coming home" to this welcoming house after a day at the Grand Canyon or Sedona or Wapatki NM. There was space for the kids to play games while adults shared time together. And the casita was perfect for the family member who needed a quiet place to recover from all the family togetherness. It was easy to get to stores and to quickly get on the roads to the many places we wanted to visit. Also a great neighborhood to take walks in. We would definitely stay here again.”

”Kitchen was dirty and there was an issue with snow on the driveway. I called over 24 hours before checkin and was assured drive way would be clean and parking accessible for at least 3 cars. This was not the case they only cleaned enough space for one vehicle”

”We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, remodeled home in a very quiet neighborhood. It is immaculate, comfortable, and well-stocked. We enjoyed dining at the clubhouse across the street. We were in Flagstaff to attend graduation ceremonies at NAU, and the location was perfect -- easy access to the university, restaurants, grocery stores, but far enough away from the action to make it a relaxing weekend. Easy parking in front of the home is a plus. We highly recommend it.”

”Took a school group here for 4 days, 3 nights in flagstaff. The house slept 15 easily. The kitchen was open and dining areas nice to accommodate everyone. We spent the mornings and late evenings at the home. Otherwise we were in flagstaff doing a variety of activities. It was a convenient location. It was quiet and nice views.”

”Very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had lots of space. There was an issue with the shower that the property owner came and fixed reasonably fast. This is our third trip to Flagstaff and I think we need to realize that these are vacation homes and it's kind of dusty there. Would probably rent this house again. As they just replaced all the appliances.”

”Quiet neighborhood in suburban Flagstaff. The house is very spacious, I mean well bigger than expected with 3 levels and 2 decks. The litchen is very well equipped. There were 7 of us and we never run out of dishes etc. 2 half baths are very conveniently located on the main and the lower level. The lower level has a bar, a space with a pool table, and a TV theater. The ouside is quiet and quite private. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend for bigger...

”More than enough room for a big family. Expansive kitchen. Good accommodations (pots, pans, dishes, spices, etc.). An ice maker and a working coffee maker would have been nice though. One of the bathrooms had problems (leaking shower head and bad drainage) but there were two other usable showers that worked well. Well managed property but the host isn't real responsive.”
