We finally just turned it On constant as that was more tolerable than the noise it made coming On every cycle. So, not a great "white" noise to try and sleep with but one of us was able to do so...”

”I stayed at this hotel more than 15 years ago as a refuge from a winter storm. The building was filthy, cold and there were black widow spiders in the bathroom. This property has been sold and completely remodeled virtually ground up. Almost impeccably clean, it was nice and comfortable albeit the structure design is outdated. Beds and bedding was acceptable though a little spartan. Breakfast was hot and copious in volume and choice. Absolutely no complaints, but just know that the location is...

”If at all possible do not get a room near the pool. It can get quite loud around the pool area and it doesn't stop until about 11 pm. But overall great place to stay. Clean. Staff are nice and helpful. Plenty of parking.”

”This hotel was perfect for 2 of us that came to town for an event at UNI (3 minute drive/20 minute walk for reference). The price was right, the exterior is nice & well kept, and the interior was consistent with that. Overall very clean, pleasant staff including the housekeepers we met in the elevator. Another review mentioned noise from the highway, but we did not find this to be a problem. (We were on the highway side too). Water pressure in the shower is great, there were plenty of towels...

”We had a wonderful experience! They had a great breakfast spread and also had a free dinner service that I wasn’t expecting, which had very good food. The rooms were clean and spacious - though rather pricey for what they were. Pull out couch was not good - you could feel every spring in it. The pool and hot tub were clean, though the pool was rather cold since it was an indoor/outdoor pool.”
