”Lisa was off the charts! Above the bar! Many people across the entire United States , of which I travel all the time , could take lessons from her on Customer Service and just being a very courteous and caring individual! When I come back through this way, I will stay at this Hotel because of Lisa! My first interacted with Lisa on the phone, confirming my reservation and that in itself was a truly incredible experience of a person who cares and was very efficient, professional, and courteous!...

”The room was more than comfortable, it was convenient near restaurants and other venues. This was a great getaway for the weekend. ”

”Clean room (though pillows a little squishy for my liking) and very friendly staff. Full breakfast was delicious and well-stocked - waffles, eggs with sausage, vegetarian frittata, biscuits. Gluten-free muffins, soy milk available. if you prefer oatmeal - best condiment options: pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, soy nuts, crasins, dried apples, and blueberry compote! We will stay again!”

”Breakfast and parking were great. Guests next door were horrible, loud and apparently left a big enough mess that the whole staff knew about it. Not sure I would stay at another Tru. The staff was AMAZING. If it weren’t for them, I would be giving this experience a thumbs down.”

”My trip to Muncie was unplanned. My aging parents were involved in an auto accident and were in the hospital. The staff was wonderful asking me how they were doing when I would come back. I brought my dad back first and he was welcomed back. The next day I was able to bring my mom back from the hospital. The gentleman at the desk saw me walk in with he and started clapping and said welcome home. I cannot say enough good things about the Hotel and the staff here.”
