”The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. That being said, this hotel is possibly unfit for people. Our first room had a strong musty smell, mold in the ac, mold on lamp shades and various deep carpet stains. We requested another room and were given the hot tub suite. I was told it was inoperable currently. That room also has mold in the ac and mold on the lamp shades. Neither bathroom has any active venting at all.”
