”Upon arrival the property looked very well maintained. Entering the building everything was clean and looked very new. Professionally checked in, and asked if we needed anything. Room was surprisingly large, and bed was better than we expected. Bathroom was well stocked, and loved the way the shower curtain was artfully placed. ”The check in lady was absolutely rude. I had already booked and paid online else I would have went to a different hotel. Bathrooms didn't have a switch for the fan. No microwaves. It was an overnight trip so didn't get to eat at the restaurants. Floor attendants never came up to us.”

”Restaurant, casino and pool area were clean and well maintained, very nice. The hotel room not so much: dirty ratty carpet, duct taped bedframe and overall not very clean.”

”We’ve stayed at this property about once a year since it opened, initially so thrilled for a hotel here. Unfortunately, the property has gone downhill. Holes in the sheets, loose tiles in bathroom, sticky, dusty furnishings and the AC unit rattled and moaned so loudly we turned it off. Breakfast offerings were good. Sadly we have to cross this off our shortlist.”

”Nice room and staff. Sadly didn't realize 2 levels so we got upper floor and elevator. Husband very limited on walking, climbing so it was a challenge and I needed to carry out bags upstairs. Saw after the fact they do have a place on confirmation telling off this. I thought I had booked an ADA room but saw i didn't have that done either. Would like to see bkfast have option of hot items with protein, tried a cinnamon roll was excellent but not good choice for diabetic. We ate bkfast...
