”We only stayed here for a short night of sleep in between flights but the hotel was tidy, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The shuttle goes back and forth every half an hour. ”

”No restaurant open at 10 pm, no restaurants nearby. Only a vending machine with some noodles and potato chips. Almost a half an hour from the airport by shuttle bus. Air conditioning kept so bad noise that I needed to switch it off to sleep. It was broken but when I tried to change room they just answered “they are all like that”. This hotel is ok for one night but also there are another options close to the airport. Free shuttle was good. ”

”I had a very short night in the hotel due to my own travel schedule. Otherwise everything was good, but two matters with room for improvement: -hotel information should include hotel's address in Chinese. I spent half an hour and 80 RMB extra for nothing as my taxi driver, who didn't understand a word of English, struggled to find the hotel. -at the time when breakfast was informed to start, there were only about half of the food selection available. During next 15 minutes they filled the rest.”

”Wished that I could have stayed for more days. Convenient location - Hongqiao high speed train station, subway, airport - all cross the street. Nice and clean hotel rooms. Got a upgrade to a suite. The best swimming pool among all the hotels I stayed last year. Friendly and polite staff members and great service. Two minor things. They have laundry rooms, but you need to get tokens from the front desk. If they change it to pay-via-an-app or free, that would be better. Although the swimming pool...
