”Some of the staff were very nice and helpful. We had a different experience while leaving. The staff at the front desk seemed stressed and irritable. Staff in the morning told us one thing and then around 12:30 there was new staff manning the desk and they told us something different. There was a massive space under our door. That was definitely not what I was expecting.”
