”Nice business hotel across the harbor from Logan Airport. We stayed there overnight to catch an early morning plane the next day. Easy access to the airport and many chain/a few local restaurants nearby. The hotel is a “service included” hotel and tips are not needed for valets, housekeepers, bellmen etc., a nice if confusing system (are the staff compensated for the missing tips?). Staff were great in any event. Room was very quiet, which was appreciated. Didn’t try the hotel restaurants or...

”4/5 stars. Would stay again. Pros: - GREAT location; easy walk to Fenway. - Beautiful building w/ nice modern clean interior. Cons: - Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com....

”This is a very new hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean without signs of wear and tear. The bed was comfortable.There is plenty of parking. The location met our needs. Unfortunately, the breakfast was understaffed and understocked. They ran out of a number of items. The water dispenser was out of order and there wasn't an option for filling our water bottles. Guests left tables without bussing and the staff didn't bus either.”
