”We chose this property because it had 7 stars on Expedia. When we arrived, the front desk associate was kind. There is no elevator. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The AC vent was broken. There was a hole in the wall from the doorknob. The bathroom ceiling was peeling over the bathtub. There were stains on the sheets. The chair in the room was completely covered in stains. There was no smoke alarm in the room. Overall, it was very uncomfortable.”

”The lobby was full of people partying half the night. Breakfast was nonexsistent. No cereal no toast. Just milk coffee banana and yogurt. Hair and a left over bar of soap. System was down couldn't get into room. 1 towel for the whole room”
