”Don’t go expecting a resort and you will thoroughly enjoy yourself. The Guna that run the island are all warm, friendly, helpful. Great snorkelling tours and beautiful clean water. The accommodations are very simple but comfortable. Shared bathroom that was kept very clean. A great place to get away from it all. The ride through the mountain was very potholy and winding so if you get carsick definitely come prepared.”

”A very nice and very new hotel located on a beautiful and lively beach. It has comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. In addition it has a restaurant about 100 meters away which serves a decent breakfast and very tasteful dishes at night. I had the delicious langostinos with the ajillo sauce, but the caribeños sauce which I also tasted was terrific as well. The very friendly and helpful owner Eduardo is a good host and he speaks English almost fluently.”

”We had a great time during our visit. Apart from walking the village there isn’t much to do. We still made the most of our time and made friends with many locals. We did feel a little uncomfortable at the end of our trip as the president was complaining that we had paid in advance and he expected us to pay for the hotel the day before we left. After we sorted everything he said with others and complained that we hadn’t spent enough during our trip. ”
