”Nice little place to stay. Has an old school throwback vibe to it. Room was nice. Bed was a little hard for my liking. Shower was good. Convenient to gas station and dining.”

”It is a decent place but if i visit Sioux Falls again I’d stay somewhere else. Main reasons rooms have slightly unpleasant smell, far from everything, and the night we stayed our windows were hissing and bending in from strong winds outside. Moved once to a room on the same side of the building same problem. Eventually moved to a room on the opposite side.”

”Nice place, restaurant was not very reasonable if it was open. Rooms clean and nice size. Snack Bar was good and affordable.”

”Very clean room! The staff was so nice and helpful too. The outdoor pool and hot tub were very nice! We didn’t utilize the indoor one or the spa but that looked nice as well. I stayed there for an event and will definitely stay again m, if another event comes up!”

”This was a great stay with a perfect room! I really appreciated that they have a carbon monoxide detector in each room and that every room had up to date appliances. The staff was friendly and the workout room and breakfast area was nice too!”

”We stayed at the Crossroads for 2 nights. At the initial check-in our room smelled of tobacco smoke, so we requested another room. the second room also had that problem, so we requested a third room. The third room also had that problem, so we settled for the room that had the least smoke smell problem. Both the TV and internet we not working properly -I was told due to "replacement of cable boxes". There were smaller issues in both our room and in the public areas of the hotel where...

”AC works great, which it doesn't at some hotels and it was nearly 100 degrees! Pool and whirlpool were great, clean and good hours. Breakfast very good, staff fantastic and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. No complaints at all.”
