”The room’s sheets/bedding was used and unchanged when we checked in. We tried calling for service in the room to change the bedding, but could not get through to a live person. We also requested clean bedding through the text service, and someone arrived pretty quickly to change the bedding. They did extra cleaning we didn’t request also like re mop floors. Very courteous. ”The staff in general was Not friendly, except the check In people. One girl walked around with water etc. only saw her once. Food was VERY average and expensive. Room was comfortable. When I plugged in the hairdryer it blew a circuit breaker which also turned off lights, frig etc. It WAS fixed pretty quickly. ”

”Well if your a fan of Luke warm showers perfect place. Ran the water for about 10 minutes even after shaving it was still Luke warm. Decided that it wouldn't get much better but when it was time to rinse shampoo it warmed up. The room furnishings would be considered above average. The craftsmanship of the so called remodel was below average. There is a pool on-site and in the middle of June and 90 degree days it wasn't open. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights. ”Omgoodness this place is absolutely amazing!!! We went for a spiritual journey and it was perfect!! The lake & water fall creek with seats sitting in the water was perfect for my reading and meditating. It is absolutely beautiful!!! They had a concert Saturday night, we didn't go to the actual concert but was right beside it and they were fabulous!! Great place to stay! We will definitely return.
