She stated there were also bugs in the room. When she tried to address with the staff, she was told repeatedly, through the interpretations of the staff member's children, that they had cleaned the room. No new bedding, apologies, or refund was offered. She slept on top of the comforter and had nightmares. We travel...

No fridge, no microwave, tv was so snowy you couldn't see faces.
Requested help for TV, requested towels, requested pillows, all requests went unanswered.
80 dollars, would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car and saving the money and discomfort.
