”Hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. They had a waffle station my kids loved and everything was hot and fresh. The hotel was very clean. The area was very nice and felt safe. Lots of restaurants around and easy to get on interstate. We will definitely book here again. ”

”The best Hyatt Place that we have stayed so far. Its location is in the center of downtown, walkable to Market Square, Sun Sphere and University to Tennessee. The public parking garage is right behind the hotel. Many restaurant, pub, ice cream store choices. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is much better than an average three star hotel. ”

”We booked this hotel because it got good reviews and it was very reasonably priced. The hotel is old but has some updates in the room. Our room was clean. The mattress might need to be replaced soon. You could tell it was starting to get worn out. We stayed 2 days. The staff were nice. Easy check in and check out. We would stay here again. ”

”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”
