”We didn’t like that we pulled out silverware and other dishes from cabinets and drawers that had old nasty food dried to them. Not a deal breaker for us though. We loved everything else about the cabin and plan on staying again in the future. We’ll just make sure to wash dishes before we use them! ”

Our only (very small) complaints were the water quality (sulfur/metals) and bugs (again, not terrible, it’s what you get for staying in the mountains!). ”Great location and an easy drive to/from the Parkway. Very clean and spacious. The fridge and stove are not normal full size appliances. Beds are comfortable and showers have great water pressure. Cabin is gorgeous. Would definitely stay there again”

The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — it was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a few days’ getaway. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were very respectful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One small note: the grill on-site was unavailable for use, but we brought our own, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, always...

”The property was nice and as described. Great location and as the name mentions saw a bear the forst day (across the street) . There are quite a few steps to get to the door but that did not worry us, as we are fully mobile, limited mobility may want to consider looking on google maps to judge if they are able to climb. Did have a midnight visitor rummage through the trash:) great house. ”
