”From the moment we arrived at the property, we were greeted with friendly and helpful service. The couple of times we reached out to staff via text for anything we needed, they responded quickly and courteously. Would definitely stay at this property the next time we visit Walla Walla.”

”We got a room facing the big parking lot, although the hotel didn't seem very full. The view to the mountains would've been nicer. Clean place and good restaurant. Breakfast menu is great! There are shops and restaurants within walking distance.”

”We came for medical reasons and needed a good night sleep prior to surgery. The bed in room 321 was sooooo noisy. It is like it doesn't fit on the base. Every little movement made the bed groan and squeek. I called and asked for another room for night # 2. Hopeful that we can move easily today before medical appointment. Toilet seat broke and very dirty under hardware. No body soap in shower dispenser. ”

”Prompt airport shuttle both for drop off and pickup with a simple call. Front desk - checked in with Rahman, he was efficient, friendly, and juggling 2 customers and the phone all at the same time. Rahman totally understands customer service, friendly, smile and explained the shuttle for us. They are in the middle of some repairs and upgrades, good to see management doing maintenance to keep hotel in good condition. Shuttle van is well worn, but does its job well.
