”In general, I like this hotel. It is very convenient to the airport. My only complaint is that it is getting cheap in some areas. There are no glasses, or even paper cups for use in the bathroom. I had to use one of the coffee cups in the bathroom. The breakfast is also very minimal. A waffle maker, syrup, scrambled eggs, sausages, and potatoes. A danish or two would have been nice, maybe a banana would be nice. There is no help for cleaning the plates up, had to hunt for silverware,...

”Staff was friendly, helpful and professional! The hotel website stated they had a hot tub, much to my disappointment, it was out of service! The hot tube was much of the reason I choose to stay there. For me the price was fair if it included the advertised hot tub, they should inform the customer that an amenity is not available when they schedule the room!”

”Attempted to change wrong dates but unable. called Days Inn and talked to front desk who asked me to submitt e-mail which I did without responce. I could never be in Spokane on the dates given as I was out of country. I will never use the service or system again, very cowardly and ineffective for service oriented company.”
