”Expedia was NOT caring, helpful and wasn’t willing to reschedule our room & wanted to give me a penalty of $145. for something that was out of our control. Our concert had got canceled that morning due to wildfires in Spokane and the air quality. I feel like all they cared about, was money and not the safety of their customers or the community who lost their homes.😢 Sad day especially when I wasn’t even asking for a refund just a reschedule!”

”We had a fantastic stay! We accidentally reserved a room for the wrong date and the manager was so kind and accommodating in helping us get it rebooked for the correct day. They also had a huge selection of gluten free items for breakfast. I just told the staff member what I wanted from the list of frozen food items and she put on clean gloves and got it for me. Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel since going gluten free!”

”I highly recommend this hotel. The location is great, just four miles from Eastern Washington University and other important spots in Cheney. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and gave excellent customer service. The only small downside was that there was no coffee maker in the rooms. I’ve never stayed at a hotel without one before. When I asked, the front desk offered to bring one to my room. Otherwise, you need to go to the dining area for coffee. ”Staff was friendly. Building was safe and people were nice. Our room had a lingering smoke smell, like it had been smoked in before. Not due to the forest fires, but cigarettes. Breakfast was free, but unimpressive.”
