”The best feature of this hotel was its proximity to the airport. There are more updated, modern accommodations available nearby. It was fine for one night but I would not stay here again.”

We were told that the room would be serviced within three days, but unfortunately, no one came by. We weren’t even asking for a full cleaning—just a few basic items to be replenished, including coffee. We also contacted the front desk to ask for assistance, but unfortunately, our request was not followed up on and the coffee was never replaced. We understand that...

”The room my sister and I were staying wasn’t clean. One of the bed sheets are stained and on the lamp next to the bed. The towels had hair tangled in the fabric. The handle on the sink faucet came off. Also, the shower handle was pretty loose. I hope they bring the maintenance work up to code.”
