”The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. I like a shower with good water pressure and this one was nice.”

”The room was comfortable. Breakfast was not good. We have stayed here multiple times for the convenience but the breakfast has always been poor. Coffee machine usually doesn’t work, food not restocked, and workers not interactive to simple requests. This definitely needs improvements.”

”So obviously, this is a former hospital that has been transformed into a boutique hotel by the Ruby group. It was a bit unnerving walking across the front cat walk into the main lobby because it still had that hospital feel. But the staff that greeted us were very friendly and helpful and looking into the breakfast room it looked to clean and inviting so while our first impressions were uncertain, the staff and cleanliness improved them. ”It was clean. The rooms were clean but very sparse. No mini fridge. Front desk at check in was very nice and helpful. They have a shuttle if needed. Over all ok. My biggest problem was the toe nail clippers that were in our bed sheets when we got in it. Was not impressed. Front desk wrote it off as things fall off housekeeping carts.”
