”We had to move rooms during our stay. The first room had a sewer smell in the bathroom. Staff said they were having this problem in several rooms. Said it was an ice machine drain problem. The room was dusty, bathroom floor dirty, and no tissue. The box was empty. The second room had a dirty bathroom floor, room was dusty, and the bed sheets were torn.”

”It's kind of out in the middle of nowhere but just a 15 min drive to Northern Quest where we were seeing a show. Very basic, shower was fine, everything worked. Check in was very easy.”

”Very clean and quiet. Room was nice for the value. Only down size is I thought “double room queen” meant there would be two beds. So the description on Expedia was somewhat misleading. However, had a read better I would have seen it did say one queen bed.”

”Room and bathroom were high quality. I do not believe vacant rooms should be kept at A/C temp of 70 degrees. Too cold for normal people upon arrival. Thermostats customer control is very nice. Wasting precious energy in vacant rooms increases cost to Corporation and is passed down to customers. Wouldn't possible reduction of cost, even if small, help to increase patronage and enhance customer perception of Hyatt brand? The thing I did not like was not enough instruction or signage or emphasis...
