”Excellent place to end your day!”

”The hotel is under new ownership. Main areas are clean and fresh looking. I’d booked a double room with river view. Tried calling before we arrived to ask if microwave in the room-1st time the call was just hung up on, I assumed it was an accident. Called back twice, no answer. We arrived about 8pm. Sign at front desk said “closed”. Rang the bell, finally a couple emerged from a dark room behind the desk. Some d rugs seemed to be involved. I told her my name, she handed me a key. We...

”Front desk staff when we checked in was less than accommodating and because I had booked through Expedia ( although cheaper than their discounted rate by 25-35 dollars) made us feel like second class citizens. I had previously supported and stayed at this hotel over 50-69 times over a ten year period. I will be looking for a more “accommodating” and warm reception from another hotel when I visit Walla Walla again.”

”I was welcomed by the owner was friendly and helpful. He told me about Sporty's restaurant offering a discount for the people staying at the motel. Great food there. The room was very clean and quiet, comfortable bed. I would definitely stay there again.”

”We are unhappy with the expedia policy of not listing handicap accessibility for the rooms. We were unable to obtain handicapped accessable room that included shower and grab bars. The hotel told use that because we booked thru 3rd party (expedia) they couldn't accomodate our needs. Very unhappy with expedia.”
