”We stayed there for four nights. The place is really nice and the staff was awesome and they gave us very much helpful advice. The only thing was that the hotel room wasn't cleaned not even once during our stay. A cleaning lady changed our towels once but she didn't even take the smelling carbage out. There's no soap or anything to was dishes with. I would recommend it for a short stay.. But for a week without any cleaning? Yak.. It started to smell bad in four days and we didn't have anything...

”Our suite was BEAUTIFUL. Roomy, modern, clean...the view was to die for. The gigantic glass doors allowed us a direct view ISOLA BELLA. "Ei missään nimessä 5 tähden hotelli, max.3 tähteä. Ilmastointi toimi miten sattui, alle 24:ään sitä ei saanut laskettua ja ulkona yli 40 astetta 09/24. Huoneessa oli kosteutta (maantaso) ja homeenhaju tarttui vaatteisiin. Jos olisi vegeihminen, aamupalalla syötäväksi olisi ollut kuivattuja aprikooseja, muroja, jäävuorisalaattia, kahvia, teetä, mehua, leipää ja luumutomaatteja, ei hedelmiä tai kuitupitoista ruokaa. 12:sta erilaista pullaa ja sokerikakkua, rasvapekonia, makkaraa ja munakasta, juustoja, jogurtteja ja kuoharia. Huoneessa minibaari. Hyvä ja ystävällinen palvelu. 20 min keskustaan ja 15 min lentokentälle taksilla. Uima-altaassa kivoja petejä ja vesi raikasta."
